Nite Tales hits the store Tuesday, February 3, 2009. Nite Tales left audiences trembling with fear and amazement after its Halloween 2008 debut on BET. Now this bloodcurdling scarefest is available to own in an Unrated Edition DVD for the suggested retail price of $22.99 US.
Written, directed and produced by Deon Taylor (7eventy 5ive), Nite Tales is hosted by pioneering rapper and television personality Flavor Flav (“Flavor of Love.”). Tony Todd (the Candyman franchise), Sticky Fingaz (“Blade: The Series”) Tyrin Turner (How High) and Fredro Starr (Save the Last Dance) star in a ghastly urban double feature that includes a pair of hair-raising horror stories that deliver the season’s most alarming and enjoyable chills and thrills!  

SYNOPSIS

What goes around comes around in “Karma” when a bank heist turns into a life and death struggle.  Would-be robbers with a taste for violence find themselves pinned down by an even more brutal adversary and all the money in the world won’t save them from their gruesome—and hungry—foe.  

Then, everyone is a suspect in “Storm” as a group of college students take refuge from a violent rainstorm.  After they offer a stranger shelter, one of them turns up dead and as the rain continues to fall, so do the bodies.  Ensnared in a trap of their own making, the ever-shrinking group will have to use every ounce of cunning they have if they hope to make it through the night.
