Dr. Sunyattas Favorite Chai

(4) 1 1/2 in. slices fresh ginger (use vegetable peeler)

(1) 2 in. cinnamon stick

(4) whole cloves

(5) pods of cardamom

(1) 6 in. vanilla bean (cut up into 1 in. pieces)

(1) dash freshly grated nutmeg

(3 tsp cup agave

(3) tsp Darjeeling or other black tea - use African Redbush for decaffeinated version

(2) cups H2O

(2) cups coconut milk or almond milk

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and toss in everything except tea, milk and agave). Boil for 15 minutes. Reduce heat and add tea, milk and agave. Simmer about 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Turn off and strain through strainer.

Serve hot or in a tall glass filled with ice.

Refrigerate unused portion. To reheat, you may either heat any conventional way, or froth with cappuccino maker!

Naturally Sexy Faux-jito

Yields 12 oz glass

Ingredients:

· 2 droppers of Mens Sexual Tonic or Prostate Tonic

· 2 teaspoons raw sugar

· 1/2 of one lime, cut into pieces (more lime than the usual mojito due to lack of rum.)

· 6 mint leaves

· ice

· sparkling water

Prepare:

1. Place the lime, mint, tonic and sugar in a glass and muddle (mash with the back of a spoon).

2. Fill cup with ice about 3/4 full.

3. Top off with club soda.

4. Stir with a spoon.

5. Garnish with fresh berries or other seasonal fruit

Dr. Sunyattas Sensual Mango Salsa

This salsa is so good on its own you may be tempted to eat it straight from the bowl. A little bit of fresh Habanero pepper brings the heat to this concoction, but if you can’t track down fresh peppers just use Serrano or Jalapeno.

1 peeled mango, seeded and diced (about 2 cups)

1/4 cup minced white onion

2 tablespoons minced red bell pepper

1 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro

1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

1/2 teaspoon finely minced Habanero pepper

1/8 teaspoon salt

1tsp fresh grated ginger root

Peel mango and cut flesh from pit. Cut mango into 1/4-inch dice and in a small bowl toss with onion and lime juice. Stir diced jalapeno into salsa with coriander and salt and pepper to taste. Chill salsa, covered, at least 2 hours and up to 24. Enjoy it with someone you have a passion for!

Yields 2 1/3 cups.

Hot Healthy HUMMUS

Chickpeas are a powerful aphrodisiac, especially for men. In ancient Rome, Arabia and India they were fed them to stallions to keep them virile. Thats all we need to hear!

1 15 oz can (~1 1/2 c) chickpeas/garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

½ cup pumpkin seeds

2 T extra virgin olive oil

2 T Udos omega 3 oil

6 T water (just over a third of a cup)

1/4 t lemon juice, preferably fresh

3/4 t salt

cayenne pepper to taste

2 cloves garlic, add more to taste

¼ tsp cayenne

Peel and crush the garlic. Let it sit a minute. Letting garlic ‘breathe’ a little before cooking enhances the bioavailability of its nutrients. Put everything in a food processor. Blend until smooth, and chill thoroughly.

Other options: add in parsley, cilantro, roasted peppers before blending

Yields 3 cups

    Dr. Sunyatta,
    What can my fiance do to lose weight naturally and lose his stomach? He\’s diabetic, has some cholesterol, and high blood pressure. He has also been diagnosed for hernia, and he would prefer any natural alternative medicine, instead of surgery. He would not mind giving up meat for fish. He\’s 47 years old and is very much willing to get healthy. He eats a lot of vegetables and fruit, little oil also. Please help me to help him get healthier. Thanks a lot
