Brown testified that she was confused by Osteen’s actions on that day. She said, “I asked her to calm down because when she came to me, she was very upset.” According to the lawsuit, Osteen was upset because there was a liquid substance on her first-class seat. Brown went on to tell jurors that she did everything she could do to diffuse the situation. The Fort Worth native describes the encounter as a Level 4 security risk on the plane as Osteen allegedly tried to get into the cockpit of the plane to get attention for the liquid substance on her seat. Rusty Hardin, Osteen’s attorney, questioned Brown on the witness stand Tuesday and did not give her an easy ride by any means.
