Chicago – Midwest fashion hasn’t historically measured up to the runways of Paris or New York. But on the campaign trail, at least one Chicago designer is getting a huge look right now. Maria Pinto is helping Michelle Obama bring style to the stump. Click here for video…

Ms Obama’s style is gorgeous. She is tall, gracious, stately, and will be a fashion trend setter for the women in the USA when she becomes First Lady. Her cloths look great and they fit well for her body type. I can’t wait to see her gown for the social events when they win in November.

As I watched Mrs. Obama present herself on various occassion, I tell everyone to look at her dress, her style…it is vogue in a classy way.

I saw a picture of Ms. Obama’s wedding gown, and I was wondering does anyone know where I can get one like it or similar? It is a different style than the styles that are on the runways, but I like her large off the collar dress.

To JuLinda Holmes - My sister has one that is very similiar. It is a size 6 - 8. It is a strapless sheath dress with beading. The jacket with the large collar is worn over the dress. There is a detachable train. My sister wore this dress in 1991. If you are interested in seeing pictures, please contact Charity’s Closet in Placentia, California.

Blech, M. Obama resembles an amazon women and has the grace of a robot. She is so far removed from classy and demur it is embarrassing to witness. She will probably be our next first lady ugh !

Mrs. Obama’s dresses are terrible. The one she wore last night, Nov. 4th made her look pregnant. I hope she gets a new designer? Oprah needs to step in and straighten her out. I don’t know what decade she is dressing to be in style with, but it is not the current one.

Michelle Obama’s Wedding Dress
Hey guys,
I’m getting married next May and have been shopping around for wedding gowns. I was thinking of getting something done in a similar style to Michelle Obama’s Wedding Dress http://www.lightinthebox.com/html/President-Barack-Obama-and-Michelles-Love-Story-LightInTheBox.html
