MyFoxNY.com  –  In an administrative move, the NYPD has filed internal departmental charges against seven police officers in connection with the shooting of Sean Bell back in 2006. Among the officers charged were the three detectives who were acquitted of criminal wrongdoing, their lieutenant, and two crime-scene investigators.
