Say it ain’t so!!! Is LeBron James cheap when it comes to leaving tips??? Hmmmm
May 14, 2008-CLEVELAND Cavalier and Vogue cover man-LeBron James makes millions a year, but we hear he was a lousy tipper the other night. According to a website “Cleveland scene”, Lebron frequently dines at local eatery XO Prime Steaks. Allegedly he and his friends pulled up in his Mercedes and “kept his waiter there until 3:45 am,” said the blog. When the $800 bill came, LeBron left a measly $10 for his server. A rep for LeBron told Page Six it was all mistake: “There was a misreading of the receipt, and the appropriate tip was provided.”

We congratulations are in order for model, Tyra Banks. She has had her new reality show, Stylista, picked up for the fall season by the CW network. The new series will be a “Devil Wears Prada”-type competition show that allows 11 ambitious assistants to taste what it’s like to have heavy responsibilities at Elle magazine by helping its fashion news director Anne Slowey. The winner will get the editorial position at Elle, a paid lease on a Manhattan apartment and a clothing allowance at H&M for a year. Look for Stylista to debut this fall as part of the CW’s Wednesday night line-up. Go Tyra!!!
AWW Poor Al Reynolds-tough to be him!!! Whatever!
LOS ANGELES, California (AP) — It’s not easy being Al Reynolds these days.Al Reynolds and Star Jones, seen last year, married in 2004. Jones filed divorce papers in March. The soon-to-be ex-husband of Star Jones says he’s “been called a gigolo, a freeloader, unemployed, a sham and many other things that don’t bear repeating” since Jones filed for divorce in March. Reynolds posted a 485-word rant on MySpace and Facebook on Tuesday, using the social-networking Web sites to air his frustrations with media coverage. “If you think you are having a tough day, may I propose you walk in my shoes for a few hours,” reads the opening line. “In my mind, it feels like ‘Dump on Al Month.”‘
His publicist issued Reynolds’ only official statement on his split from Jones after three years of marriage: “We are taking the high road.” “As much as I want to defend myself, it seems like a silly and futile exercise,” Reynolds writes. “It’s clear that the media doesn’t want to let the truth get in the way of a good story. I hate to ruin their fun.”
Still, he spends the bulk of the time explaining himself and defending his marriage. The fact that he has a Facebook page still has me baffled. If you want to be Al’s friend check him out on MySpace or Facebook!
