Violence is a reality for too many people in our area especially the district. The group ‘Peaceaholics’, which we’ve profiled many times on fox 5, works to get young people to move from a life of violence to a life of peace. On Thursday, ‘Peaceaholics’ took about forty students from rival neighborhoods in DC to Birmingham, Alabama. They will take part in a reenactment of the 1963 children’s march to end segregation.
