MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WHBQ FOX13 myfoxmemphis.com) — It’s a controversial measure which may force Tennessee law enforcement to come to grips with a policy many allege has been implemented for years. The Tennessee House of Representatives is asking state law enforcement to put into writing a pledge to stop the illegal practice of racial profiling as a tool to fight crime.
