Buildings were burning and there was chaos in the streets in DC 40 years ago this week. The riots were sparked by the assassination of Doctor Martin Luther King Junior. Decades later, one of the hardest hit areas is still working to rebuild. Thanks to a local business owner, there’s hope for the future. Fox 5’s Roz Plater has a closer look.
