  This is ridiculous! There should be not be any circumstances in which the inherent rights given to us by the constitution are taken away!! It is an outrage that anyone should go to jail because they are exercising their constitutional right to bear arms. TI hang in there - I really don’t like your music but I want you to have the right to make it just as much as I want you to have the right to have weapons. If we don’t stand up for the unpopular rights that our forefathers fought so hard to protect then we are destined to lose the ones we cherish most. In other words if TI can’t have guns then every writer, singer, priest, and politician can’t have whatever they like.

  Okay first of all, yes TI has some great music. But hello he is a felon, felons can’t have guns. People say, “Oh its to protect himself”!! THATS WHY HE HIRED BODY GUARDS! He broke the law. And with breaking the law comes consequences to every individual in the U.S. Just because he is famous doesn’t mean that is why they are going easy on him. Anyone else who has gotten that same charge may have to do more time but do you really think that they have to pay 100,000 dollar fine? No because they can’t afford that. Every writer, singer, priest and politician aren’t all felons! Nobody is taking his rights away, he chose to have his right taken away when he was in possession of drugs, remember he made that choice and now he is paying for it. So spare me all the its not fair crap. You all need to grow up and worry about your own damn lives.   role models, as leaders, are made not born, anyone can be one at some time or another in life….we should all try, maybe we would better our world instead of contributing to the extinction of humans as a species….not having more than 2 kids per couple would help too (especially not 8…catholics think they doing God’s will by destroying our planet and creation with overpopulating this place = over consumption = finite(not infinite) resources being depleted = human and global extinction greated than that of the C-T coundary = people, we are dying right now!)

  T.I. committed a crime that can get him up to 30 years in prison. Just because he is a rapper does not mean he can get off with nothing. He needs to be treated like any other U.S. citizen and serve his time instead of trying to suck up to the judge by doing 1000 hours community service. I understand he pleaded guilty but he is not owning up to what he did. He already had previous drug charges and he does need to serve his time and stop trying to look good to the judge.

  the 2nd amendment which states that american citizens are allowed to own and carry firearms is being interpreted to largely. this amendment was activated back when the british were attacking and it was only ment for the militias and soldiers. now-a-days, when this sort of thing happens, the criminals should receive many more hours than 1, especially rapstars. the average joe would receive 30 years as opposed to t.i who has community service and 1 year. community service is something everyone should do, so that is not consider a punishment to me. but the jail time is what it all comes down to, and 30 to 1 is a big difference. t.i is an american citizen like the rest of us and should be treated and punished the same as us too!!!

He is serving 23 years. at age 22 he wont be out till 45, hanging out with my brother will never be the same. i ride motocross and he will never get to see me do something i have loved my whole life. he had 1 9 mill and an ak-47 .
