  Sad story. I believe this is the MySpace harrasment case. Like I said, we in Canada are sick of these stories. Mr White should have called 911 when those white angry mob kids were heading to his house. The Cicero’s kid crossed the line. You just don’t show up at a person’s driveway with a mob of your friends.

  White rightfully protected himself but he said he did not mean to shoot and that the gun went off. The guy has already gone thru the Southern lynch mob syndrome. The JURY has spoken and he’s gotten 1.5-4 years in jail. What if this was Texas? He would be acquitted because of that protect my property law.

  Cicero has now threatened White’s son and the D.A should not be giving only police protection to the kid, he should be charging Cicero with terroristic threats. I’m pretty sure that kid will now go get a gun too. What a mess! Only in America!
